MANU
The National Park of Manu is the most protected natural area in Peru. This area embraces the departments of Cuzco, Madre de Dios, and the Manu River. The Tambopata River leads to the Reservation Tambopata Candamo, which is famous because it shows the biggest diversity of species of mammals, trees, insects and birds on the earth.
These forests also, still have many places to be discovered, and many species alive unknown to the science.
You will also have the chance to interact with the native communities of the zone, which are the last native people in the region and mantein their original dialects and costums. Puerto Maldonado is a friendly city with lots of things to offer you.
